Fugu commencing coal railroad

On March 28, Fugu County commenced the controlling project of specific railroad line for coal of Fugu, and Dang Zhong, president of Fugu Coal Group, made an address.
It is said that Fugu Coal Group is responsible for the construction of this specific railroad line. Starting from the Youpingfang Station of Zhunshuo Line to the north and ending at Maimaigou of Miaogoumen Town to the west, the length of railroad is 42.359 kilometers and designed in compliance with the national standard. The railroad whose shipment volume is 5 million tons per year in short term and 8 million tons per year in long term, is designed with 37 bridges and 18 channels as well as 3 loading station at Ma Town, Zhaojiata and Miaogoumen and is scheduled to put into operation by the end of 2012 with a total investment of RMB2.868 billion. In 2011, part of controlling project and basic preparation are planned to complete with RMB0.54 billion of investment. The railroad will radiate into three industrial parks i.e. Huangfu, Qingshui and Miaogoumen throughout Gucheng, Northen Duanzhai, Miaohagu, and Shaliang, the four miners after its establishment
