Hebi to set up magnesium metal and alloy National Quality&Inspection Center

AQSIQ issued an official reply for the agreement of the construction of China Inspection Centre for quality supervision for magnesium ingot and magnesium alloy in Hebi.
According to the reply, the centre will be completed in eighteen months, locating in the east of the Xinghe Avenue and south of Xiangjiang Road as the project plan with an area of 41 mu and 12,000 ㎡ covered area. The centre will respond for quality inspection, arbitration inspection, standard making, scientific research and technical advice with advanced levels of laboratory layout and circumstance condition in the same industry in China. Meanwhile, the centre will bear the task of supervision selective examination from provincial and municipal deparments and the supervision selective examination at regular intervals, revising the standard for magnesium and magnesium projects at home and abroad.
