Zhengkunyuan to build LMFP project in Changzhi High-Tech Zone

On August 5, the Management Committee of Changzhi High-Tech Zone signed a cooperation agreement with Zhengkunyuan (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. for a fourth-generation manganese iron lithium phosphate (LMFP) project with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tonnes.
With a total investment of RMB300 million (USD41.78 million), the project will be located at Zhangze Industrial Park inside Changzhi High-Tech Zone in Shanxi Province. It involves the construction of an intelligent production line for LMFP cathode materials in two phases.
The first phase, with an investment of RMB80 million (USD11.14 million), will build a standardized factory covering an area of 5,000 sq.m. When fully completed, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of around RMB1 billion (USD139 million).
