On July 27, at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC 2025), L.K. Technology Holdings Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Cyborg Robotics Co., Ltd., Shenyang Foundry Research Institute Co., Ltd., Fujian Magnesium Casting Lightweight R&D Center Co., Ltd., and Suzhou SurfeX Advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The five parties officially launched a joint R&D project focused on magnesium-alloy humanoid robots.
The five companies will combine their strengths to drive integrated innovation in materials, structure, and manufacturing processes. The goal is to overcome the challenges of creating lightweight, high-strength robots and improve production efficiency. They will also establish a joint R&D center focused on key technologies such as magnesium-alloy shell forming, process optimization, and lightweight structural design.
