As part of the current cooperation on lithium metal anode products, Zhejiang Tiantie will provide two battery-grade lithium metal products tailored to Xinjie Energy's requirements for sample testing. If the samples pass testing and meet Xinjie Energy's standards, the two companies will form a core strategic partnership . Under this agreement, for existing business needs and under equal conditions, Xinjie Energy will give procurement priority to Zhejiang Tiantie for lithium metal anode materials.
Following the commissioning of Xinjie Energy's first ≥450 Wh/kg solid-state 2GWh production line, the company is expected to purchase no less than 100 tonnes of lithium metal anode materials annually from Zhejiang Tiantie. This procurement commitment will remain in effect for no less than five years after the production line becomes operational.
