Tianhe Magnetics reports record-high annual magnet blank output

Baotou Tianhe Magnetics Technology Co., Ltd. reported in its annual report that, by the end of 2024, the company had established a production capacity of 9,300 tonnes per annum of high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials. Among this, its "High-Performance NdFeB Industrialization Project" contributed 2,000tpa of capacity. The company's total blank (unmachined) output for the year reached a historic high of 10,355 tonnes, representing a year-on-year increase of 23.51%. Annual sales volume reached 8,116.47 tonnes, up by 24.59% year-on-year.
Despite intensified industry competition and fluctuations in rare earth prices in 2024, Tianhe Magnetics demonstrated resilience through its full-industry-chain layout, technological innovation, and capacity expansion. The company's total assets exceeded 3.39 billion yuan (465 million US dollars), a year-on-year growth of 13.16%, securing its position among the leading players in China's rare earth permanent magnet industry.
