Yongjin to form joint venture for cold-rolled stainless steel strip project

Yongjin Technology Group Co., Ltd. plans to establish a joint venture with Lanhe Holdings (Singapore) Limited and Hainan Fuxinhui Investment Co., Ltd. to develop a cold-rolled stainless steel strip project. The joint venture, CANDAX (Türkiye) Metallurgical Industry and Trade Corporation (tentative name), will invest in a cold-rolled stainless steel strip processing project with an annual capacity of 400,000 tonnes.
The project has a total planned investment of approximately 1.868 billion yuan (257 million US dollars), funded through the joint venture's own capitals or self-financing. Construction is expected to take 24 months and will include a 300-series 2B cold-rolled stainless steel strip production line with a capacity of 320,000tpa and a 300/400-series BA cold-rolled stainless steel strip production line with a capacity of 80,000tpa.
