Easpring Technology and LGES ink long-term cathode material supply agreement

Beijing Easpring Material Technology Co., Ltd., along with its subsidiaries Jiangsu Easpring Material Technology Co., Ltd., Easpring Technology (Changzhou) New Materials Co., Ltd., and Easpring Finland New Materials Oy, have signed a long-term supply agreement with LG Energy Solution, Ltd. (LGES) in Seoul, South Korea.
Under the agreement, LGES is expected to purchase approximately 110,000 tonnes of high-nickel, medium-nickel, and other multi-model lithium cathode materials from Easpring Technology between 2025 and 2027, with the purchase volume subject to actual orders. Based on current market prices, the total value of the agreement is estimated at 14 billion yuan (1.93 billion US dollars).
