Shinghwa Lianjiang inks deal to supply electrolyte to CATL

Shinghwa Advanced Material Technology (Lianjiang) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shida Shinghwa Advanced Material Group Co., Ltd., has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL).
Under the agreement, CATL would purchase an estimated 100,000 tonnes of electrolyte in total from Shinghwa Lianjiang. The procurement will take place from the agreement's effective date through December 31, 2025, with product specifications, prices, volume and standards subject to actual orders.
