  • Sinomine restructures lithium raw material and rare light metal sectors

    On February 28, Sinomine announced name change and business restructuring for two wholly-owned subsidiaries as the company seeks to further optimize resource allocation and boost competitiveness.

    The two subsidiaries, Jiangxi Dongpeng New Material Co., Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright, Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright and Jiangxi Chunpeng Lithium Co.Asian Metal Copyright, Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright, Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright, Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright, was respectively renamed Sinomine Resources (Jiangxi) New Materials Co.Asian Metal Copyright, Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright, Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright, Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright and Sinomine Resources (Jiangxi) Lithium Co.Asian Metal Copyright, Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright, Ltd.

    Upon completion of the restructuring, Sinomine New Materials, based on its current focus cesium and rubidium, will further explore other rare light metals business opportunities, and Sinomine Lithium will integrate the existing lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide production capacity, technology, staff and marketing teams to focus on enhancing performance of lithium battery raw materials business, in a bid to further expand global market share.
