Hunan Mineral Resources Group acquires first fluorspar mine

On February 23, Hunan Nonferrous Industry Investment Group Chenzhou Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chenzhou Nonferrous"), a subsidiary of Hunan Mineral Resources Group, signed an agreement to acquire 100% equity interest in Zixing Xiben Mining Co., Ltd. from Hunan Zhuwanyou Industry Co., Ltd.
This marks the first major resource asset merger and acquisition made by Chenzhou Nonferrous since its establishment and also means Zixing Xiben Mining is now a stated-owned company.
Zixing Xiben Mining holds rich fluorspar resource. The company owns a large fluorspar mine with further prospecting potential, ccording to a report from the Mineral Resources Survey Institute of Hunan Province.
With this acquisition, Hunan Mineral Resources Group secured its first fluorspar resource base, a move expected to further enhance the group's control over strategic mineral resources, facilitate the establishment of a complete fluorspar industry chain, and drive the transition from resource-based advantages to industrial strength.
