4.1 Jinzhou Jixin expands production of chrome metal 7
Jinzhou Jixin Industry Co., Ltd, a major producer of chrome metal 99%min in China, expands their production by about 5,000t this month. With an annual production capacity of 10,000t, they plan to produce at least 400t this month, without much change from last month. They hold about 50t of stocks now. 7
4.2 Fengzhen Tianyuan halted production of HC ferrochrome 7
Fengzhen Tianyuan Chemical Co, a major producer of HC ferrochrome in Inner Mongolia, halted their production on January 12, a source from the company disclosed to Asian Metal.With an annual production capacity of 65,000t, they produced about 1,000t in January, down by about 4,000t MoM. Holding no stock, they produced about 60,000t in 2024 and plan to expand their production capacity by 72,000t at the end of 2025. 7

Hanzhong Xinbo charge Co, a major producer of HC ferrochrome Cr 52%min, C 8%max in Shaanxi, would halt production on January 22, a source from the company disclosed to Asian Metal. With an annual production capacity of 120,000t, they plan to produce around 1,000t in January, down by about 500t MoM. Holding no stock, they produced around 40,000t in 2024 and plan to produce less in 2025. 7
