China reviews anti-dumping duties on solar-grade polysilicon from US, South Korea

China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has decided to initiate an expiry review investigation on the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported solar-grade polysilicon originating from the US and South Korea, starting from January 14, 2025.
The dumping investigation period of this review is from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, and the industrial injury investigation period is from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2024.
During the period of the final review investigation, anti-dumping duties on imported solar-grade polysilicon from the US and South Korea will continue to be levied in accordance with the scope of taxable products and tax rates announced in 2014, 2017, and 2020.
