Jinzhou Petrochemical's needle coke project commences production

On November 13, Jinzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. put its 400,000tpa needle coke processing project into operation following the completion of commissioning, with up-to-standard products coming off production line.
The project broke ground in March 2023 and completed construction and installation in October 2024. When fully operational, the project will bring Jinzhou Petrochemical's total needle coke production capacity to 350,000tpa, making it the biggest needle coke producer in China.
