CMOC's H1 molybdenum and tungsten output exceeds mid-term guidance

In the first half of 2024, CMOC achieved an operating revenue of RMB3.88 billion (USD545 million) from its molybdenum and tungsten sectors, with production of the two products both exceeding mid-term guidance, according to the company's semi-annual report.
CMOC reported H1 molybdenum production of 7,349 tonnes and sales of 7,185 tonnes, down by 12.39% and 8.3% YoY respectively. The H1 tungsten production increased by 5.43% YoY to 4,020 tonnes and sales grew 12.25% YoY to 3,994 tonnes.
