Baiyin Nonferrous H1 electrolytic zinc output exceeds target

Baiyin Nonferrous Group's lead and zinc plant produced 131,912 tonnes of electrolytic zinc in the first half of 2024, which exceeded its target by 10,012 tonnes, with 57.85% of the annual production guidance completed.
From January to June, the plant's cell room produced over 135,000 tonnes of cathode zinc, completing 55.6% of the annual target, and the melting and casting workshop had an average of around 750 tonnes per day of electrolytic zinc in stock, up by 2.7% from the year ago period.
