Jiangxi Tianshi Copper Co., Ltd. has got the green light to develop its 100,000tpa secondary aluminum project after receiving initial EIA approval from the Department of Ecology and Environment of Jiangxi Province.
In 2021, the company received administrative punishment as it started to build the project without permits. So far, the project has completed main construction works.
The project is located at Xinyu High-tech Industrial Development Zone and has an annual production capacity of 100,000t of secondary aluminum, mainly using pure aluminum ingot and clean aluminum scrap as the raw materials.
