Nanjing Yuli signs deal for magnesium alloy deep processing project in Qingyang

Nanjing Yuli Light Alloy Co., Ltd. has signed an agreement with the government of Qingyang to develop a magnesium alloy deep processing project with a production capacity of two million pieces per annum in the county's economic development zone.
With a total investment of RMB150 million (USD20.78 million), the project will introduce production facilities including die-casting machine, melting furnace, lathe and spectral detector, for a total of 27 units.
The first phase of the project will build three magnesium-aluminum alloy casting production lines, which use AZ91D and AM60B Mg-Al alloy and ADC12 aluminum alloy ingot as the main raw materials to produce magnesium alloy granule, profiles, die-castings, intermediate magnesium alloy and surface treatment products.
When fully completed, the project is expected to generate annual sales revenue of RMB100 million (USD13.86 million), along with tax revenue of RMB50 million (USD6.93 million).
