Jinhe Technology restarts aluminum fluoride production

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 21 Mar 24 - Ningxia Yingfu Jinhe Technology Co., a major aluminum fluoride producer in northwest China, resumed production in early March and might produce 2,500t this month, a source from the company reported to Asian Metal.
"We restarted production early this month and would produce around 2,500t this month," said the source, who was out of production in February and holds around 2,500t in stock now. They once suspended production in early February due to the sluggish market.
With three production lines and the total production capacity of 80,000tpy, they produced around 27,000t in 2023 and over 4,000t so far this year.
Present mainstream prices for aluminum fluoride 61%min in northwest China stand at RMB9,000-9,300/t (USD1,250-1,292/t) delivered, stable from early this week. For the increased fluorspar and sulfuric acid prices, aluminum fluoride producers in China keep confident in the price.
