Zhejiang Zhonghang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huahong Technology, plans to acquire a 100% equity interest in Shandong Shuocheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. for RMB90 million (USD12.62 million) as the company seeks to increase its production capacity of rare earth permanent magnet.
