Zhejiang Zhongke Magnetic Industry Co., Ltd. (Zhongke Magnet) has entered into an agreement with the management committee of High-Speed Railway New City in Dongyang to build a project with annual production capacity of 6,000t of high-performance NdFeB, 20,000t of energy-efficient motor magnetic tile, and 1,500t of bonded magnet. The total investment for the project is no lower than RMB2 billion (USD276 million).
Upon completion of the project, the company will have a designed annual production capacity of 29,500t of permanent magnet materials.
