China National Nuclear Power (CNNP) announced on May 21 that as of April 30, in terms of nuclear power, the company has 25 generation units in operation with installed capacity of 23.75 million kilowatts, nine units under construction with installed capacity of about 10.13 million kilowatts, and two units to be constructed with installed capacity of about 2.42 million kilowatts. In terms of new energy power, the company has about 13.45 million kilowatts of installed capacity, including about 4.61 million kilowatts of wind power and about 8.84 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power. It also has about 7.6275 million kilowatts of installed capacity under construction, including about 1.56 million kilowatts of wind power and about 6.07 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power.
As of April 30, the company's power generation by commercial transportation totaled about 66.2 billion kilowatt hours, up by 5.04% YoY, and its on-grid energy totaled about 62.29 billion kilowatt hours, up by 5.32% YoY.
