Tianhe Magnetics' IPO application approved by SSE Listing Review Committee

According to the bulletin released on May 11 by Listing Review Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) on No. 35 review meeting in 2023, Baotou Tianhe Magnetics Technology Co., Ltd. was approved of its IPO application for getting listed on the SSE Main Board.
Tianhe Magnetics hopes to raise around RMB818 million (USD118 million) via the IPO for a number of projects, including high-performance NdFeB industrialization project, high-performance rare earth permanent magnet production line intelligentization project, high-performance rare earth permanent magnet R&D center upgrading project, 3,000tpy NEV high-performance NdFeB industrialization project, as well as to supplement working capital.
