Taishun Jinling to invest RMB530 million in fluorspar and HF production project

On November 2, three projects with total investment of RMB1.26 billion (USD175 million) were signed during third quarter project signing ceremony held in Taishun, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, including the new material technology innovation center comprehensive development project to be built by Taishun Jinling Fluorite Co., Ltd.
With total investment estimated at RMB530 million (USD73.41 million), the project will be located at Sixi town and mainly produce fluorspar CaF2, fluorspar fine powder and hydrofluoric acid (HF), and its annual production value is expected to exceed RMB120 million (USD16.62 million).
The company's Qianpinzai fluorspar deposit located at Sixi is the largest fluorspar deposit discovered in the southeastern part of Zhejiang in recent years. The existing mechanical flotation plant associated with the mine currently has an annual production capacity of 50,000t of fluorspar fine powder.
