Shandong's installed new energy & renewable energy capacity up by 28.8% YoY in H1 2022

Based on the data released by Shandong Provincial Bureau of Statistic, in the first half of 2022, the installed new energy and renewable energy capacity in Shandong totaled 66.37GW, a year-on-year increase of 28.8%, accounting of 37.3% of the total installed capacity, 5.6 percentage points higher than the comparative prior period.
In detail, the installed capacity of solar power generation, wind power generation, biomass power generation and hydroelectric power generation was 37.15GW, 19.77GW, 4.10GW and 2.28GW respectively, up by 42.5%, 8.7%, 10.7% and 111.3% respectively.
