EU makes second anti-dumping sunset review final ruling against molybdenum wire from China

On July 26, 2022, the European Commission announced that it made a final affirmative ruling on the second sunset review of anti-dumping against molybdenum wire from China containing by weight at least 99.95% of molybdenum, of which the maximum cross-sectional dimension exceeds 1.35mm but does not exceed 4,0mm, and decided to continue to impose anti-dumping duty of 64.3% on Chinese products involved in the case (excluding circumvented products transshipped through Thailand). The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) codes of the products involved are ex 8102 96 00 (TARIC codes are 8102 96 00 11 and 8102 96 00 19). The dumping investigation period of this case is from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2017 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
