Xinjiang power grid's installed new energy capacity exceeds 37 GW

According to statistics released by State Grid Xinjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd., as of June 30, the total installed capacity of new energy connected to the power grid in Xinjiang reached 37.53 million KW, accounting for 34.11% of the total installed power capacity. This includes 24.60 million KW of installed wind capacity and 12.92 million KW of installed solar capacity.
As of June 30, the newly-added installed capacity of new energy reached 736,900 KW, up by 99.41% YOY, with 539,400 KW recorded in June, up by 45.85% against the year-ago period, including 349,400KW of wind capacity and 190,000KW of solar capacity.
