HaiDe Limited announced on April 12 that the company, Hubei Zhongfan Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. and China Science and Technology Industry Investment Management Co., Ltd. signed the "All-Vanadium Redox Flow Energy Storage Battery Industry Development Cooperation Agreement" to jointly fund the establishment of an all-vanadium redox flow energy storage battery industry development company, promoting the development of all-vanadium redox flow energy storage battery industry projects such as vanadium ore resource integration, high-purity vanadium smelting, vanadium-based new material manufacturing, vanadium electrolyte production, and construction of all-vanadium redox flow energy storage power station. The three parties unanimously agreed that in the near future, they should accelerate the merger of vanadium ore resources, and the construction of the first 100MW vanadium energy storage power station in Hubei Province and the supporting 30,000-ton high-purity vanadium electrolyte production line.
