Mexico launches first anti-dumping sunset review against ferro-silico-manganese from India

On October 5, 2021, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico announced in the official gazette that, upon the application of a Mexican enterprise, it initiated the first sunset review of anti-dumping investigation against ferro-silico-manganese originating or imported from India
On September 7, 2015, Mexico initiated an anti-dumping investigation against ferro-silico-manganese originating or imported from India. On March 29, 2016, Mexico made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on the case, imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty of 43 . 17% on the products involved . On October 18, 2016, Mexico made a final affirmative anti-dumping ruling and began to impose a 40 . 25% anti-dumping duty on the products involved.
. The dumping investigation period is from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, and the injury investigation period is from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2021 . The TIGIE tax codes of the products involved are 7202 . 30 . 01 and 9802 . 00 . 13 . The current anti-dumping duty will remain in force during the investigation of the case .
