EU launches second sunset review of anti-dumping on molybdenum wire

On June 28, 2021, the European Commission announced that, in response to the application submitted on March 23, 2021 by a European Union producer on behalf of producers whose molybdenum wire output accounts for more than 25% of the total output of similar products in the European Union, the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation on molybdenum wire with a proportion of molybdenum ≥ 99.95%, 4.0 mm ≥ a maximum cross-sectional diameter ≥ 1.35 mm originating in China was launched. The CN (combined nomenclature) codes of the products involved are ex 8102 9600 (TARIC codes are 8102 96 00 11 and 8102 96 00 19). The dumping investigation period of this case is from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, and the injury analysis period is from January 1, 2017 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
