Puyang Refractories' application for public offering of convertible bonds approved by CSRC

On November 23, Puyang Refractories announced that the company's application for public offering of convertible bonds was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
Earlier, Puyang Refractories announced that it plans to issue RMB626 million (USD 88.52 million) of convertible corporate bonds. The funds, after deducting issuance fee, will be used in its 40,000tpy preformed unit project, 10,000tpy taphole clay refractory smart manufacturing project, 10,000tpy high-performance environment-friendly slack back plate smart manufacturing project and Shanghai R&D center construction project and be used as supplementary working capital.
