According to the agreement, Farasis Energy will supply 150,000 units of power batteries to JMEV before 2025 and jointly develop high-energy density, high-endurance and low-cost power batteries for JMEV to help JMEV produce highly competitive products. The two parties will further strengthen mutual trust, mutual benefit, mutual integration and interoperability cooperation in the supply, R&D of core technology of new energy vehicle power batteries and other fields in the future.
According to the agreement, Farasis Energy will also supply 100,000 units of power batteries to Guoji Zhijun before late 2023. With the cooperation of this project as a starting point, the two parties will try to cut costs of each battery industry chain, improve product quality, work hard to produce and sell 100,000 vehicles of two models by the end of 2023 and finally achieve win-win cooperation.
