Established in August 2011, Henan Rongjia scandium Vanadium Technology Co. Ltd was co-built by Lomon Billions Group and Hunan Oriental Scandium Co., Ltd. The company mainly engages in scandium products' production and development, including high purity scandium oxide 99.99%min, scandium chloride, scandium metal and powder products. It owns a 10tpy production line recycling from the sulfuric acid process titanium oxide waste liquid, which is the biggest scandium oxide producer all over the world. Now they are building a 20tpy production line recycling from chloride process titanium dioxide waste acid. By the end of 2020, it would own about 30tpy scandium oxide production capacity.
