Honglu Tungsten and Molybdenum raises molybdenum wire prices

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 22 Mar 19 - As raw material prices have been standing high since 2018 and the central government keeps strengthening environmental and safety inspections, Xiamen Honglu Tungsten and Molybdenum Industrial Co., Ltd. announced to raise prices for molybdenum wire and other products from 22 March.
1. Price for molybdenum wire 0.18mm increases by RMB7/km (USD1.04/km) on the basis of the previous Inc-VAT price and prices for other specifications are adjusted in the same proportion.
2. Inc-VAT price for molybdenum wire 0.4mm is RMB375/kg (USD55.96/kg) and the material won't be delivered until payment is received.
3. Adjusted prices include a VAT of 13%.
