Section steel prices showed a downward trend in some Chinese cities this month. Weak downstream demand and lower raw material prices were the main reasons for the drop in price. Most domestic traders were pessimistic about the market outlook and raw material prices demonstrated no signs of stabilizing. Therefore, insiders believe section steel prices will decrease further in June.
