A bismuth oxide producer in China, with a regular consumption of 70tpm for bismuth ingot, reported that Chinese bismuth ingot prices have increased fast in the recent two weeks. They purchased some bismuth ingot at RMB125,000/t (USD9.39/lb) last week, which increased by RMB5,000/t (USD0.37/lb) against the RMB120,000/t (USD9.01/lb) in late December. Some bismuth ingot suppliers raise offers further to RMB126,000/t (USD9.46/lb) now.
