Asian Metal visits Shaanxi Sanxi, Fugu Yabo, Fugu Yide
On 24 December of 2021, Mr. Hao Zhao, Sales Director and Ms. Daphne Zhang, Consultant & Senior Product Manager of Asian Metal, visited Shaanxi Sanxin Group Co., Ltd., Fugu Yabo Coal Magnesium Co., Ltd. and Fugu Yide Magnesium Alloy Co., Ltd., and were warmly welcomed by the companies above.
First, Daphne Zhang and Hao Zhao visited Shaanxi Sanxin Group Co., Ltd., and held in-depth discussion with Mr. Lin Yang, the General Manager of Supply and Marketing, and Mr. Zhanwu Wang, the Vice Sales General Manager of the company, regarding the challenges of magnesium industry in 2022 under the strict environmental protection policy. Sanxin uses brick furnace with the capacity of more than 75,000t to supply gas for magnesium production, which will guarantee their stable supply in a short time.

Both parties exchanged views regarding the supply of magnesium ingot in 2021 and the challenages in the coming 2022 under strict environmental protection policy. With an annual production capacity of 20,000t, Yabo could produce around 1,600t of the material a month. Given further strict policy for environmental protection and the demand for replenishing stocks before the Spring Festival holidays, the company confronts tight supply presently.
