Asian Metal visits Yunnan Tin Group and Yunnan Novoland Renewable Resources Development

On December 22nd, 2017, Zhao Hao, the sales director from Asian Metal, and Shelly Liu, the indium, gallium and germanium market analyst of Asian Metal visited the research center of Yunnan Tin Group Holding Company Limited and Yunnan Novoland Renewable Resources Development Co., Ltd.

On the morning of December 22nd, Asian Metal visited the research center of Yunnan Tin Group Holding Company Limited and conducted friendly communications with Zhang Qiwang and Lu Xing, material engineers of indium R & D department. Mr. Zhang introduced that their Yunnan Hualian Zinc & Indium Stock Co., Ltd, located in Wenshan, is abundant in indium reserves and they focus on building deep processing base for indium products relying on indium resources. Yunnan Tin Group will give full play to the advantage of owning the largest reserves of indium resources in China and will commit to building the deep processing base of indium products. On the afternoon of December 22nd, Zhao Hao and Shelly visited Yunnan Novoland Renewable Resources Development Co., Ltd. and were warmly welcomed by the company. They conducted friendly exchanges with Xu Hao, the president of the company who noted that they are mainly engaged in the comprehensive utilizing 260tpy program of red mud of Yunnan Wenshan Aluminum Co., Ltd.. With an annual processing capacity of 2.6 million tons of red mud and an annual output of iron ore concentrate 55%, the company makes comprehensive use of red mud, mineral waste from Wenshan Aluminum. It plans to build a gallium metal plant with annual output of 40t and intends to expand downstream customers of high purity gallium metal. Mr. Xu gave high recognition to the information and research report offered by Asian Metal and revealed that they will actively participate in the 11th International Indium, Gallium and Germanium Forum on March 22nd to 23th, 2018 in Sanya, Hainan to be held by Asian Metal.
