Henan Jinbo New Materials Co., Ltd. currently has three factories in Xingyang, Chiping, and Shangqiu respectively. Xingyang factory was established in 1995 and located in Xingyang Wulong Industrial Zone with the white fused alumina annual production capacity of 36,000 tons, 8 tilting furnaces, four bamac crushing lines. Chiping plant was put into production in 2017 and is located in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, Chiping County, Xinfa industrial Park. The factory, which covers an area of 55 acres with an annual comprehensive production capacity of 70,000 tons, now has six 3,150kVA tilting furnaces , two 2,500kVA fixed furnaces, and 17 modern granulation production lines. The construction of Shangqiu factory started in 2022 and it was completed and put into operation by the end of 2023. With 16 tilting furnaces, six 10,000kVA electric furnaces, and advanced grain sand and fine powder processing production lines, the factory mainly provides customers with white fused alumina, fused mullite, fused magnesium-aluminum spinel, zirconium mullite, zirconium corundum, dense corundum, plate corundum, alumina hollow ball, chrome corundum and other high-quality raw materials.
