Asian Metal visits Yunnan Tin, HDIC Group, Hongning Mining
On January 10th, 2024, Mr. Hao Zhao, the Sales Director of Asian Metal, and Mr. Alex Guo, the Tin Market Analyst, visited Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd., Yunnan HDIC Group International Investment & Development Co., Gejiu Hongning Mining Co.,Ltd., and were warmly welcomed by the above companies.
On the morning of January 10th, Asian Metal first visited Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd., and met Mr. Luke Liu, the General Manager, Mr. Xiongjun Chen, the Manager of Market Operation Center, and Mr. Chi Zhang, the Operation Director. After the introduction of the history and production of Yunnan Tin, both sides exchanged views on the current tin industry supply, price trends and specific market segments in domestic market.

Then the team visited Mr. Yuming He, the Chairman of Yunnan HDIC Group International Investment & Development Co., Ms. Ruimiao Shi, the Director of Investment Management Department, and Ms. Yani Zhang, the Sales Manager. Mr. He made a detailed introduction to the business direction of HDIC this year and indicated that the company would focus on overseas business this year, and has already carried out tin mining production and trading business in Laos. Mr. He expressed that they would actively support and participate in the Tin Industry Forum held by Asian Metal.

In the afternoon, Asian Metal visited Gejiu Hongning Mining Co., Ltd., and was warmly welcomed by Mr. Ning Liu, the Chairman, and Mr. Jiayong Liu, the Sales Manager of Myanmar Region. The team also met Mr. Hongsheng Deng, the General Manager of Yunnan HDIC Industry Co. and Mr. Huanqun Zhang, the General Manager of Qiandao Tin Co. Mr. Ning Liu introduced the current overseas business of the company and hoped that Asian Metal could provide more information about overseas mines. The business of Honing Mining covers domestic, Myanmar, West Africa, South America and other markets. With a long-term membership of Asian Metal, Honing Mining hopes to maintain in-depth cooperation with Asian Metal to jointly develop and expand overseas business. Mr. Ning Liu expressed that they would actively participate in and fully support the Tin Industry Forum held by Asian Metal.
