In the morning of May 18th, 2015, Xuhong Xu, General Manager of Shanghai Ronghui Industrial Co., Ltd. visited Asian Metal and talked with Maggie Lee, analyst for niobium market of Asian Metal, Effy Lee, analyst for bismuth market of Asian Metal, Vivian Pang, analyst for rare earth market of Asian Metal and Shirely Xu, analyst for cobalt market of Asian Metal.
Shanghai Ronghui Industrial Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive trading company who mainly focuses on the metallic oxide supply of customers from magnet material industry. Its major products are bismuth oxide, lanthanum oxide, niobium oxide and cobalt oxide. It has two son companies which are the second subsidiary of Shanghai Ronghui Industrial Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Dongyang Evergrande Chemical Co., Ltd.
Ms. Xu talked with Effy Lee, analyst for bismuth market about the major bismuth oxide producers in Chinese market and asked Asian Metal to recommend some reliable suppliers to her as their demand for bismuth oxide is getting larger these days.
Afterwards, Ms. Xu met with Vivian Pang, Senior Analyst of rare earth market from Minor Metals department of Asian Metal. Ms. Xu disclosed that she trades lanthanum oxide 99.9%min and she is seeking for more competitive suppliers. Vivian introduced the distribution and mainly suppliers of lanthanum oxide 99.9%min to her. Ms. Xu showed her appreciate and would like to keep in touch with Vivian in the future.
Then, Ms. Xu also talked about cobalt oxide market with Shirely Xu, who is in charge of cobalt market. According to her, cobalt oxide is also their main product which mainly supply to the magnets material plants located near Shanghai city. Ms. Xu asked about some major producers’ company information and was willing to have more contacts with Asian Metal.
Finally, Ms. Xu talked about niobium oxide market with Maggie Lee, analyst for Ta-Nb market. According to her, they trade with niobium oxide 99.9%-99.99% in domestic market and their main clients are from high level magnets. As market remains soft and profits remain thin, Ms. Xu claimed that they would like to find more stable niobium smelters through Asian Metal.
