Asian Metal visits Chongqing Runji, Wujiang Industry, Chongqing Tycoon and Xiushan Hengwang
During 10-11th April, Victor Hu, senior analyst of Asian Metal and Frank Chen, manganese market analyst visited Chongqing Runji Far East Alloy Co., Ltd, Chongqing Wujiang Industry Group Trade Co., Ltd, Chongqing Tycoon Manganese Industrial Group and Chongqing Xiushan Hengwang Manganese Co., Ltd. Victor Hu and Frank Chen were welcomed by the four enterprises.
On the morning of 10th April, Asian Metal visited Chongqing Runji Far East Alloy Co., Ltd, which is the brother company of Chongqing Silicon Export & Import Co., Ltd, and owns a production capacity of over 10,000tpy for manganese flake. Qi Qin, the sales manager, and Mu Guoxiong, the purchasing manager shared views with Asian Metal on the price changes, as well as the market performance of manganese after cancelation of Chinese manganese export duty. Victor Hu introduced the development of Asian Metal in recent two years, including establishing new branch in London, to Manager Qi and Mu, who spoke highly of the information provided by Asian Metal.
On the afternoon of 10th April, Asian Metal visited Chongqing Wujiang Industry Group Trade Co., Ltd, and was welcomed by Zhang Quan, the vice general manager, and Ran Yuling, the business manager. The company is a subsidiary of Chongqing Wujiang Industry Group, which owns manganese mills with a total production capacity of over 30,000tpy in Chongqing. Mr. Zhang introduced the production situation in Xiushan and revealed that the company is going to start a manganese project in Guizhou Province, whose production capacity will be about 80,000tpy after being put into operation in the coming year.
On the afternoon of 11th April, Asian Metal visited Chongqing Tycoon Manganese Industrial Group and Chongqing Xiushan Hengwang Manganese Co., Ltd. In Chongqing Tycoon Manganese, Wen Haihua and Liu Ying, the marketing managers guided Victor Hu and Frank Chen to visit the science and technology zone of the company, introducing their latest production status, as well as talking about costs of manganese and the export market performance with Asian Metal. In Xiushan Hengwang Manganese, Asian Metal interviewed Wen Jihua, the general manager, who also guided Victor Hu and Frank Chen to visit the processing workshop of manganese flake and told that the mill is going to put a new production line into operation in late April, allowing their total output of manganese flake to reach 15,000tpy.
