Asian Metal visits Jinzhou Titanium, Zhongchu Titanium, Fuxin Jiuxing Titanium, Kangping Yifeng Titanium and Tieling Longxin Titanium

David Li, general manger of ferroalloys department of Asian Metal, and Fairy Feng, titanium market analyst of Asian Metal visited Jinzhou Titanium Co., Ltd., Zhongchu (Fuxin) Titanium Co., Ltd., Fuxin Jiuxing Titanium Co., Ltd, Kangping Yifeng Titanium Co., Ltd. and Tieling Longxin Titanium Co., Ltd. from 27th February to 1st March 2013, and were welcomed by these enterprises.

On 27th February 2013, Asian Metal visited Jinzhou Titanium Co., Ltd., and welcomed by the general manager of titanium department, Liu Guoxing. Jinzhou Titanium Co., Ltd. mainly produces titanium tetrachloride and titanium dioxide with three production lines respectively. As current market of titanium dioxide and titanium tetrachloride is weak, the company can not run at full capacity at the moment. They plan to increase the output of titanium tetrachloride from March and boost sales of the material, which was consumed by themselves for the production of titanium dioxide.

On the morning of 28th February, Asian Metal visited Zhongchu (Fuxin) Titanium Co., Ltd. and welcomed by Zheng Nan, the general manager, Li Dongming and Guo Han, the marketing managers, and the plant director Shi Yan. The company mainly produces high titanium slag with the production capacity of 100,000tpy. The high titanium slag line of this company will be put into production in early April. Asian Metal will hold World Titanium Forum in Haikou, Hainan, China on March 25-26th, 2013, and Mr. Zheng claimed that they will attend it.

On the afternoon of 28th February, Asian Metal visited Fuxin Jiuxing Titanium Co., Ltd. and welcomed by Zhang Cuntao, the general manager of the company, Cui Hongyin, manager of supply department, Li Xin and Cui Haiyang, managers of marketing department. High titanium slag is the main production of this company, with the output of 2,000tpm, and the company also prepares to start the second-phase of production at present. As for the upcoming 2nd World Titanium Forum 2013, Mr. Zhang claimed that he will attend it, and also make a report on the forum.

On the morning of 1st March, Asian Metal visited Kangping Yifeng Titanium Co., Ltd., and welcomed by Gao Hongtao, the general manager of the company. Mr. Gao expressed that they mainly produce high titanium slag with the output of 1,500tpm, and they have 8 furnaces for producing. Due to the slow demand, they are only running at about 60% of the capacity. As for the coming 2nd World Titanium Forum 2013, Mr. Gao said they will attend it.

On the afternoon of 1st March, Asian Metal visited Tieling Longxin Titanium Co., Ltd. and welcomed by Sun Li, the general manager and Sun Sheng, the vice-general manager. The company has 2 furnaces for producing temporarily with the output of 1,200tpm and they also bought 3 new furnaces and plan to expand the output. Though the demand for high titanium slag keeps sluggish, their sales are good on account of good quality. Mr. Sun Sheng expressed that he will attend 2nd World Titanium Forum 2013.
