  • Koen van Trojen comes from a metal scrap processing and recycling family. His father started in the 1978 with magnesium scrap processing. Mr. Koen van Trojen joined the family business in 1990. At present ALLIED MAG operates the largest magnesium scrap processing facility in Europe.
  • With multiple heavy equipment including shredder lines and X-Ray sorting lines which can process most types of Mg scrap, including lower grade Mg scrap types. In 2014 a Joint Venture was made with Huiskes Group (specialised in E-scrap & Battery Recycling). Strategically located in the south of The Netherlands with both Rotterdam and Antwerp ports within 1 hour by truck. ALLIED MAG and Huiskes Group have a strong connection with China and have owned a recycling yard in Ningbo from 2004 to 2018.
